オプション取引における取引手法のことで、同一商品、同一限月で権利行使価格が異なる下記3つのオプションの売りと買いを組み合わせる方法。
・権利行使価格の低いオプションの買い（売り）1単位
・権利行使価格の高いオプションの買い（売り）1単位
・権利行使価格が中間のオプションの売り（買い）2単位
この組み合わせにすることで、大きな損失を回避する効果が期待できるとされる。
